I am an Integrative Art Psychotherapist based in Wokingham. I work in a person-centred, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed way, using creative methods like art, sand tray, fairy tales, dreams, poetry, clay, music, the body, and puppetry.

“Change happens when one accepts where one is, as opposed to where one wants to be.”

My approach

With 4 years of experience in art psychotherapy, I am passionate about helping adults explore their inner world through creative expression. My approach is person-centred, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed, ensuring a safe and empathetic space where you can feel truly heard and understood. Whether we meet face to face or online, I tailor sessions to your unique needs, guiding you gently towards healing, growth, and self-discovery. Art has an incredible power to reveal what words sometimes cannot—together, we’ll unlock those insights to support your journey.

Struggling to thrive

Sometimes it can feel difficult to understand why you are struggling, sometimes the cause is clear. You might be trying to come to terms with something that happened but don't know how. You might be someone who is very much in their head but disconnected from their body. You may have tried talking therapies and not noticed any change in how you feel afterwards. Give art therapy a try and experience a deeper connection to yourself.

I will work with you to help you feel more grounded and at peace with where you are in your life, so that you feel empowered, capable and lighter.
